New Year’s Discernment Group

It’s New Year’s resolutions time — but instead of making empty promises, why not look at WHAT you’d like to promise instead. How might you wish to live? Do you really look deep inside yourself to find what your deepest desires are? Ignatius of Loyola would think that “following your heart” is an amazingly stupid idea. He would insist on placing those desires of your heart at the service of your brain. So a simple young adult gathering could be organized for people who would like to explore these ideas in a prayerful setting.
