Create community and observe Lent through a “virtual” retreat in everyday life. Daily Lenten reflections tweeted by the leader are the starting point for online sharing between pairs of young adults.

This sounds like a great idea for connecting new young adults with the “veteran” young adults in a parish. I really like the idea of using the Busted Halo “Fast, Pray, Give” calendar — you could just re-tweet or re-post the Daily Jolts each day. This would make it easy for a volunteer or someone with limited time. Excellent idea for using social media to send a spiritual message!
