With Thanksgiving not far off, many hungry people in our cities and towns are in need of meals, not merely on that day but often each day of the week. Form a team that will organize a banquet style dinner for those in need this Thanksgiving or another time during the upcoming Advent/Christmas season. Partner with other ministries and groups in your parish to pull this off. And if organizing your own dinner from scratch seems too difficult, find a community Thanksgiving or Christmas where young adults can volunteer.
