Subsequently, they are invited to participate in another meal, hosted at the home of a young adult, and discuss issues of hunger, food security, and simplicity. It’s a great program that can be replicated throughout the year.

A community garden offers a glimpse into the ways many saints and wisdom figures connected with God, manifests Catholic Social Teaching’s tenet of Care for Creation, and might even lower your blood pressure and help you shed a few pounds!
